I use this marinade vis-а-vis grilled chicken drumsticks. I served it counter to homemade tortillas and guacamole, as with ease as Spanish rice.

  1. 1 yellow onion, chopped
  2. u00bd white onion, chopped
  3. 5 cloves garlic, sliced
  4. 16 chicken drumsticks
  5. 3 tablespoons chopped vivacious cilantro
  6. 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  7. 2 teaspoons sports ground cumin
  8. 2 teaspoons pitch thyme
  9. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  10. salt and field black pepper to taste
  11. 2 large lemons

The instruction how to make Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

  1. mixture combination yellow onion, white onion, and garlic together in a bowl.
  2. Season chicken drumsticks gone cilantro, oregano, cumin, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place chicken into the bowl next onion mixture. Squeeze lemon juice exceeding the chicken, slice the rinds, and place into the same bowl. Cover and let sit in a refrigerator, 20 to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat an external grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
